It would not be a good idea to store the key's in the safe as well.
as already stated in the previous comment, an organization has to manage this themself, but outside of the IDVault.
It's always problematic to secure things, that are "initial root entries". With idVault you manage all ids, but the id to manage idVault cannot be part of it. ;-)
In my optionion this is something companies have to organize internally; especially where to save such root ids and how to save passwords. Same problem occurs for password safes, that store all password, except the password for the safe itself.
