Ability to Modify Scheduled Emails Before Final Delivery

Currently, when a user schedules an email for delayed delivery using the "Delay Delivery Until" option, there is no way to edit the email content once it has been queued in mail.box

There should be an option to allow users (or administrators) to review and modify the email before it is sent at the scheduled time. This would include:

  • Editing the subject line

  • Updating or correcting the body text

  • Adding, removing, or replacing attachments


  • Attach files

    need to push back on the idea. Administrators should not tamper with content of an email.
    If subject, body or attachment need to be updated then withdraw / delete the mail from the queue and start over.
    If you are looking for a publication system with a an approval workflow for mass-mails, then use a Domino application.
