Option to block or reject S/MIME encrypted emails from internal users at Domino server level

Many organizations use third-party email archiving solutions that cannot process S/MIME encrypted messages. While encryption can be controlled via policy in the Notes client, there is currently no Domino server-side mechanism to prevent or reject S/MIME encrypted emails—especially from mobile clients such as Verse Mobile, where sending options cannot be enforced via Traveler or AppConfig.

An enhancement is requested to provide a server-level control or filter that can detect and block S/MIME encrypted outbound emails from internal domains, optionally returning an informative error message to the sender. This would help organizations enforce compliance with archiving requirements and internal email security policies.
