Strict RFC 3464 Compliance for DSN Handling

Domino currently uses the sender’s envelope return address (MAIL FROM) for the DSN transport envelope (RCPT TO). However, the “To” header of the DSN is populated using the original message’s “From” header value rather than the envelope return address.

This behavior does not fully comply with strict RFC 3464 handling, and at present, there is no configuration available in Domino to enforce strict RFC 3464 compliance.

This request is to introduce a configurable option in Domino to enable strict RFC 3464–compliant DSN handling, ensuring that DSN message headers and envelope addressing fully adhere to RFC 3464 standards.
