HCL Domino Ideas Portal

Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Disable " Send Copy To rule " for specific domains

Preventing users from forwarding mail using a Send Copy To rule only for specific domains. Actually when "User rules mail forwarding" is set to Disabled, users can still create a rule that uses 'Send Copy To.' However, the router does not send any copy or forward the messages. It would be great to be able to disable this feature when the rules is intended for specific domains ( i.e . gmail.com, libero.it ext) or in any case create a more granular policy to restrict "send to copy " rule.
