Allow Domino rule to check for blank subject

Currently in Domino server rules, we can't check messages for blank subject. So we can't reject such messages with blank subject. So there is a feature request for the same.

Workaround:-

Currently we need to create a rule like this to reject the mails with blank subject

When Subject does not contain a
AND Subject does not contain b
AND Subject does not contain c
AND Subject does not contain d
.....
AND Subject does not contain z
AND Subject does not contain 1
AND Subject does not contain 2
AND Subject does not contain 3
....
AND Subject does not contain 9
AND Subject does not contain 0
