About DFR,need set the default mail content for the DFR, and need remove the attachment in the DFR

When domino mail user sent mail messages with attachment to internal or external users, if the receiver address is not right or the mail file is exceed the quota for the receiver, then the sender will got the DFR with attachment take up a lot of space for the mail file
So customer need this Enhancement Request:
Add one feature which can modify the settings to make sure the DFR without attachment
And add one feature that customer can set the default mail content for the DFR

    Stripping content from the mail would not allow the recipient of the delivery failure to send the mail again just by updatint the recipient address.
