Option to disable Soundex

Reference:  SPR #TMIZ5XLESW

Due to naming convention for a user's shortname, it is conflicting with Domino's Soundex.  Resulting to affected user unable to login to webmail.

As it is not feasible to modify the SoundEx code of the user in conflict, customer wants to have an option to disable SoundEX instead.

Yes please allow us to disable soundex.
I just had a support ticket and there is no option to disable soundex.

We had cases where different users had the same soundex value and fullname than local part caused the wrong user to receive the mail!

Most people don't know or forgot about the @Soundex function used in the $Users view!

We need a way to disable Sounds lookups for mail delivery and authentication!

Are you 100% sure that Soundex is uses for authentication? Did you try Less Name Variantes?
