Allow to set only single address instead of 2 addresses in From field when the mail is sent from shared mail file

Currently when any user using shared mail file sends the mail then 2 addresses come in From field out of which 1 address is shown as "Sent by" or "On behalf of" in external mails. There is a feature request to allow to set only single address instead of 2 addresses in From field when the mail is sent from shared mail file. For security reasons another field can be used which will record which id has sent that mail but that address should not go to external users or even internal users because many clients will not prefer to show 2 address in From field.
