Brute force attack IP blocking

Add a flexible mechanism for blocking the IP addresses hacking passwords SMTP, IMAP

    Customer Eletrosul needs this implemented, Case TS002035247

    Customer need a Domino Integrated function to block Brute Force Attack via SMTP ports , customer is having lots of attempts of brute force attacks on users password and this IP is not blocked under the Inbound controls of the Domino Security settings  , and the user account is being locked due to connections attempts

    @Thomas - that works great if you're on Linux, which we (sadly) are not.
