User registration process: create mail file at the END

Let the mail file being created at the very end of the successful process, not at the beginning. If registration fails somehow (e.g. ID Vault errors etc.) a mail file is completely useless and it just consumes time until the errors occur.

    Maybe but the point is also if the registration per se fails then a mail database does not make sense

    Does 'Create mail file in background' option is not a solution?
