Support online snapshot backups of Domino Server Merged

Currently the only supported possibility to backup a Domino Server via snapshot is to shutdown Domino and do an offline snapshot.
Doing so it is also not possible to perform a Point in Time (PiT) restore of a database.
Customers request to perform online snapshot backups of a running Domino Server and being able to run PiT restores with these snapshot backups.
So the basic idea would be like running something like "tell server quiesce" then doing the snapshot followed by a "tell server unquiesce" to return to normal operations.
