wizard for Main-IN databases Merged

mail in database created manually, while it is ok for old school people, 2 or 1 page Wizard with Template, Filename, and address and email address should do the job.

    I agree, ideas must be merged to one which was created earier...

    Summary, Clicking "Add Mail-in database" must bring wizzard to select:

    1. Server

    2. if Clustered then select cluster mate.

    3. filename

    4. template from which to create MailIn (or remember last selected MailIn template)

    5. email address for that mailin
