Size of FTI incorrectly reported in the Database property "Full Text" tab - doesn't go beyond 4194 MB reported in several SPRs such as RSTN7XBD4C, RSTN6S3CUB, DBRH7TKKUG and GFLY6MG36U 

Selecting the database properties for a database with a full text index. Select the "Full Text" tab and view the size of the Full text index listed here. The size reported in the Document Properties is not increasing beyond 4194 MB even when the Full text index is much larger then this. 

The workarounds are: 

Check the size of the Full Text Index in the Operating System.

and

Split the database's content across several databases or switch attachment indexing off.
