Additional variable to ensure future uniqueness of replica IDs

Consider the scenario of a large Domino environment with hundreds of servers and millions of databases in a Domain. The databases are created and deleted daily. As a result over the years of operation, there is a possibility of the database have the same replica ID. This will create a problem in different ways from replication to deletion. To avoid such issues, we request to have a mechanism in Domino to add an additional variable to ensure future uniqueness of replica ids. The system should have all replica ID’s information and ensure there is no more repeat replica ID created.
