Domino directory : Provide automatic group creation/maintenance tools by specify search formula.

We have many groups in Domino directory , and some groups are generated by constant selection conditions.(i.e all management members, all employee exclude parttime workers in some sections/divisions, etc)

Please provide automatic group creation/maintenance tools by specify search formula and validation tool for formula and result at group creation request document created. 

 

DJX provide this function(search by department, job title etc.) , but we can't specify search formula for selection.

We would like to use Domino FT search formula.

Currently we have to make agent in each DB in order to create group.

    This feature is shipped with Domino V12

    Hello Thomas,

    thank you for this link - and of course to Ulrich for posting in the first place.

    In this post there is some very essential information which should go into the documentation e.g. LDAP? - quite surprising from my point of view.

    Either way: quite embarassing, for IBM/HCL and myself to learn about it 12(!) years after implementing the feature
