Reduce the SMTP timeout for outbound connections, from the default of 5 minutes

The customer would like to be able to reduce the outbound SMTP timeout value from the standard 5 minutes to a lower amount e.g 1 or 2 minutes. Perhaps via the server configuration or a notes.ini

Currently the timeout of 5 minutes is hard-coded in domino based of RFC recommendations, but the customer feels this value should be reduced due as they feel there is no longer the need to wait longer than 1 minute in order to establish a connection (as it was when domino was initially setup e.g in early 1990's)

You can alter the inbound settings as per "How Is the SMTP Time-Out Response Increased in Domino" - https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21099762, the customer would like to be able to do the same for outbound.
