We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Unlikely to be implemented because the Notes client where this behaviour could be provided with a template change is not the only client. An email can be sent from (e.g.) Traveler or any IMAP client where the body is just one field and can be modified on forward. Instead of relying on the forwarded body, look at the $TUA field and what it can do. you dont need to forward or reply with history.
