There are definitely some good questions around who/what/when/how that would have to be answered for this feature, but I can't see any reason it's something that can't be built now by the customer. Add a button to the default mail template that sends the message to another database for review. Then have an agent in the review database gather enough information from the email to locate it in other mailboxes and execute.
Does that mean that one user decides if a mail is spam or not? If this user takes a wrong decision the email would be deleted from other people's mailbox ?
