Users would like their email account to auto-reply to senders during the times outside their normal shift(s).
For example, a user's shift ends at 5PM today, and their next shift starts at 8AM tomorrow. Currently, they are setting their Out Of Office agent to run every day, showing that they leave at 5PM and return the next day at 8AM.
Instead of setting this every day, they would like a "repeat" feature added to the OoO dialog, so they can tell it to repeat every day it is applicable.
If a customer is using shared emailboxes auto reply messages that isn't out of office would be good to have. funtionallity can be the same as out of office but without the information when the person is returning.
