Need a Good Calendar Template

As far as I am concerned the following are table stakes for calendaring

1) Need a template for Application Calendars that is not mail, contacts, calendar and settings. (like mail9) - just application calendars

2) Application calendars need to display nicely on notes client, web browsers and ideally Traveler

3) must have ability for users to subscribe and overlay on their calendars (regardless of what system they are using)  an ical feed would be a great place to start as most other systems accept an ical link for overlay

Think about how calendars are used in companies. and see some examples of what people are doing

- Vacation Request, approval and tracking

- Booking resources

- booking education classes, training sessions, etc with the public (not necessarily internal notes users)

I need to be able to create a calendar that others can see on my website, their cell phone, notes client, etc.  They might or might not be internal company people.  They might want to get a feed for my calendar so that they can overlay it on their calendar.   I need to be able to share calendar feeds to apple, google and microsoft devices at a minimum

Last I checked the team calendar did not provide feeds to add the calendar entries to their calendar, it was ugly on the web, and did not allow people who are not necessarily notes clients to perform  workflow type functionality to book a course or get an approval or even add an event in the calendar to their calendar.
