Inbound SMTP mail with attachment results in attachment without name and extension. Need one option to encode correctly the attachment file.

Inbound SMTP mail with attachment results in attachment without name and extension.  Messages are sent by one third party application.
Filename containing the double quote character.  The double quote characters are properly escaped by the backslash character, and seen that the filename is properly captured and preserved in the mail when delivered.  But result in one incorrect file name.
It would seem that the behavior being seen is a result of the Notes client processing of such attachment filenames.

We need one option to encode correctly the attachment file with double quote characters in the attachment name.

This should be investigaed by support - can you please open a support ticket for this issue?
I'm closing this as 'already exists' because inbound SMTP mails should work just fine.
