Security Audit Trail For Notes/Domino for Compliance purpose

There is a need to have Security Audit Trail For Notes/Domino for Compliance purpose. The security compliance team in any company would request for Audit trail especially the changes done with Full Admin Access rights. Below is required within Notes/Domino software to serve the purpose.

 

MAIL MONITOR:  Tracks and monitors all e-mail messages and associated events: send, receiv, open, update, delete, route, undelivered.

DATABASE MONITOR:   Logs document changes(Create/Update/Delete), Logs design element changes, Logs database agent activities, Logs Access Control List (ACL) changes.

DOMINO DIRECTORY MONITOR: Logs all changes - open, update, addition, deletion, Logs any design element changes - forms and field changes.

NOTES.INI FILE MONITOR: Logs content and/or last modified time changes, Displays changes as well as previous parameter values.

FULL ADMIN ACCESS DETECTION AND LOGGING: Log Full Access Administration activity in Mail databases, Domino application databases as well as the Domino Directory for Create, Open, Update & Delete actions for all documents like group, server, user etc.

USER ACTIVITY MONITOR: Monitors user database activities - (Database Open, Database Close, View Open, Document Create/Open/Update/Delete).

    The Domino platform is definitely taking a hit during company risk assessments due to the lack of this functionality. I vote for some kind of tracking, auditing, monitoring of this data.

    Openntf Audit Manager was working well with Domino 9 for monitoring all changes. But from starting Domino version 12 it doesn't work.

    it is true that secure trac exists but .... is it free? is it integrated with dominoes natively? wouldn't it be better if hcl itself did the missing piece?

    this function is really important to me, especially for tracking changes to names.nsf

    Nice "Copy and Paste" of the SecurTrac feature list. No need to wait for HCL, the SecurTrac has been available for Domino for almost 20 years. Go check it out.

    The customer needs the historical design changes information in the design elements (Forms, agents, views,pages,frameset,xpages,script libraries).

    Means if any "Test" agent of custom database is modified 5 times during the entire lifespan of the agent. Then it needs to show the 5 modified dates and Modified By Whom against "Test'" agent.

    Means if any "Test" form of custom database is modified 5 times during the last year. Then it needs to show the 5 modified dates during that last year against "Test'" Form.
