Another challenge is to identify the external URL for a Notes doclink, or even finding out if there is a method to access this document at all over HTTP.
Why would you want that? It does not make sense. What should happen when that http link is clicked on? What should it open? That external user probably has no access to that document, or there is no web interface available.
