Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

@Thomas: I suggest to have three option.
Option 1: Disable and reject with message: Account shouldn't receive email and reject it with customized message.
Option 2: Disable and forward: Mail sent to disabled address will be forwarded to another address.
Option 3: Only Disable: It same as exiting disable option (emails can come but user shouldn't access it).
Since I have not worked in exchange, I have no idea what "deactivate account" does in exchange.
What should be done with inbound mail ?
Yeah agree, deactivate account functionality should be available.
Why not just a "deactivate account" in the person document? I have been missing that for ages now.
