Notes local connection document automatically updated server policy

Notes local connection document is not updating when the user attempts to connect on the first login basis. The result is that the user experience hang and needs to update the connection document manually if there are changes on the IP or name of the server.

    You can manage connection documents by using partner solutions like Panagenda MarvelClient, BCC ClientGenie or Cooperteam DesktopManager. However, in best case you do not need connection documents at all because you have a propper DNS configuration in place. There is a low likeliness of implementing this idea because the root cause of problems is a functioning DNS environment
