Add one or more users to multiple groups at once

It would be nice to have the ability to add a user to multiple groups at once.

For example, when I search "[members] contains "John Doe", I get a result of 20 groups. If I could select all these groups and add another user at once, that would save me time :).

(Maybe someone has another way of doing this, always welcome)

    we wont close the idea but also can not add all features into the product as it would become too complex to work with. Since a solution exists (openntf project) the need is not very high. However please continue to vote for this idea to show interest in this feature.

    Thanks for the tip about the "group tools" on OpenNTF, I'll certainly look into that (which doesn't mean that this idea should be closed :-P)

    Check out Group Tools by Duco Bergsma on OpenNTF

    This allows you to duplicate the permissions of one user to another user.
