Extend Domino Event Publisher in Domino 11 to also publish any routed email

As a business partner, we often got various request from customers that related to processing email that met a certain criteria. Some example of request that we had in the past

  1. Copy any email sent to external users to their supervisor / manager
  2. Copy any email related to a specific product / case / client to anyone not included in the Send To / CC / BCC
  3. Trap any calendar invitation sent to make reservation in another (non-domino) system.

Because there can be multiple client type use in sending / receiving those emails , currently we rely either on Mail Journaling or using mail rule and searching through held mail in mailbox. But this method is not scalable so I think that Domino Event Publishing can help us to build a more scalable solution for our customers.

    The Domino Event publisher would probably not be the solution for your business problem. More likely you're looking for an updated serverside mail rules engine.
