Allow people to register for Beta tests using a Gmail account

I'm self employed and working under contract with the Federal government, so I can't use that email address and my business email account has been a gmail account for years and was acceptable for IBM another companies in the past.  There may be a significant number of Domino enthusiasts who wish to help test the new versions, but don't have a business email domain.  Use a two step email verification scheme like other companies to reduce bogus registrations.

    Registration should not be tied to a business email.  The contractors out there don't want tie their registration to their contracting email.  I don't run my own domain as the spam and upkeep wasn't worth the time invested.
