Ability to control when the router sends bulk emails.

We have shared mailboxes (HR, Marketing, etc) that sends announcements, promos, etc to all email users. Despite the reminders to send during off peak, they are still sending whenever they want to.

A way to schedule bulk sending in the router mailboxes  or Create a condition if the email is more than 300KB start sending at 8PM else send at 7AM or 12Noon.

    Scheduled mail is a feature that was provided as part of Notes/Domino10 - you have to use a V10 mail template and a Domino 10 server to use it.
