Create and Update a design catalog automatically

Currently, it is necessary to run the updall task with the -e and -d options to maintain the design catalog. End users and programmers must be aware of the existence of the design catalog and whether its contents are up-to-date.

In the future, I would like the design catalog to be updated automatically, just as the indexer automatically updates full-text and view indexes.

When my code (for example, LotusScript) uses a DQL query, if the database does not have a design catalog in Domino, I want it to be built automatically. Similarly, if the contents of the design catalog are old, I want you to update them automatically.
