Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Add unicode filesystem interaction capabilities to LotusScript to avoid java.io.file usage to be nomad compatible
For file operations, e. g. zip extract and reimport resulting files to a document we use java.io.file functions because the native LS functions do not cover all special characters (unicode) that can appear in filenames. If we could use unicode filenames in LS we could avoid using java in these libraries and our apps would not throw java errors in nomad.
