More descriptive errors required when configuration incomplete and ID vault is not working

Customer gets 'Server Error: Note item not found' when trying to extract ID from ID Vault from one of the servers, whereas it works fine on the Admin Server. Although the command ‘Show ID Vault’ was throwing no error or warnings, what was found was that there is a server in the ID vault configuration, for which there was no Server document in the address book. The issue, however, seems to be happening only on the newly installed server and not on the existing Servers. Removed the obsolete Server entry from ID Vault and replicated the changes to the new Server which resolved the issue.
