Automatic Mail notification for Internet address changes

A feature where external users will be notify if internet address is change. This will inform external user that internet address is updated.

    I got a 'needs Clarification' Type of mail. For me this is just kind of a subset of this one

    Lets say  I got lots of Mails of a Joe Smith ( @IBM) and now there is another one of a Joe Smith (@HCL) for the first time, I should be made aware of a potentional different sender way before clicking on reply. - And I should have a menu to allow to add the new sender to a list of folks I tend to get mails from. (All manual process)
