Provision to transfer multiple users from role X to role Y dynamically

Submitting this idea for DLEAP. Suppose, there is a role X called "Readers" in the app which should contain users that are allowed to read the specific records. There is another role Y called "Managers". The "Managers" are allowed to approve workflow request. Once a stage is completed, there should be a provision in the product that can allow the app developer to transfer all the users of "Managers" role to the "Readers" role dynamically, so that the users can read the request after stage is completed. Currently, this can be done with 'Assign Users' activity but it requires a name field in the form and you can only add one user per field and one user to a role per action. This is very limiting when we need to assign multiple users, so it would be nice to have a dynamic provision to achieve this.
