Having discussed this further with the development team, we can't commit to this being performant, therefore I am marking this as no plans to fix.

Need create mail file replica on the traveler server for HTMO client, customer really could not accept, since we support HTMO, should make it work better.
Its not a question of just supporting it. The main reason is the performance implications. Not only will everything be much slower, but it will also create processes to queue up.
