Get addin plug-in button get disabled when HTMO is running in outlook client

Get add in option is disable state when HTMO is running in outlook client and we can not add custom add in (sametime meeting plugin) in outlook

Since HTMO will rename the OutLook data File as *.Ims, and because of that Outlook is assuming that data file is corrupted and That's the reason it disables the add-in tab.

the Outlook data file *.ims is work as design.


expected behavior is : - Get Addin button must be in active state so custom Addin like (Sametime meeting plugin) can be use together
