Display full header information in HTMO Client

HCL Traveler only pushes the "basic" headers to emails received by the Outlook client. Currently, there is no feature available to get the full header information and have it displayed in the client.

If you use Know-be4 or any other phishing software, you need the header information to determine if the email is a test or not. The full header is available through web mail, so it should be able to pass through to outlook

The header information is needed to investigate any malware, phishing, spam for an email and also it will help the full email address by whom the mail was sent.

Presently it is working if will configure through

I ran into this issue and HCL created this request. The header information is needed to investigate any malware, phishing, spam for an email. Computer forensics can not be performed on an email with stripped headers.

If you have Knowbe4 or another training/phishing test software, their tags used to identify phishing tests are stripped. This will beak outlook addins for reporting phishing emails

If you use Mimecast, Proofpoint, or other spam software, their results are stripped.

Things that are stripped are: Any tags put on by spam protection services, phishing test information, if the email was encrypted, the true origin of the email, Dmarc/DKIM information, and many others.

This is not sufficient in any type of investigation or if there is an incident. It will not pass e-discovery.
