HTMO support require to performed operation in SAP addin.

We have installed the Outlook Add-In SAP-Cloud-for-Customer- Add-In (version 231.0.5137.630).

When an appointment is created in SAP Cloud, it is also created in Outlook, but it doesn't synchronize from HTMO Outlook to Notes client mail database.

Calendar entries created in Notes or HTMO Outlook are synchronized correctly.


HCL HTMO development team have analyzed this issue and come to know that at this point of time HTMO plugin client are not supporting with SAP addin. So, HTMO will not support operation performed in SAP addin.


Can we get this in feature release of HTMO plugin client.
