HCL has created more new features, enhancements, bug fixes and entirely new products in 2 years than in the previous 20 years of IBM. So much so, that admins, developers and users can't keep up. We unaware of what is there or how to use it. We need a comprehensive online education program that allows people to work at their own pace to learn how to harness the power of this software; not just for existing users, but also for the anticipated new users, admins, developers, business owners. I include business owners because that would focus on the Why and Why than the How.
Effectively something similar to Salesforce Trailhead.
People like that which they know. If they don't understand it, they won't like it.
(I have a customer moving away from Notes because users don't know how to use it, the helpdesk doesn't know how to support it, and the new management doesn't understand what it can do.)
