Let's suppose that we have the rule to prevent upload files like "attachment name content is .exe" then don't accept message".
How can we prevent uploading restricted file extensions if they change the file extension before uploading the file. i.e.: if I rename a file extension from .EXE to .TXT, .PDF or another extension I'll be able to upload the file.
