Content-Security-Policy default-src 'self' to pass the threat test of AppScan will lead to lots of Domino web applications not work (ex:iNotes ,xPage ....) ,please let java millions of Android apps have a way to access Domino data via 1352 port like Nomad, Such that can increase more customer use Domino as their ERP platform.

Enable DIIOP or Domino Web Service for REST API on Domino Server will lncrease the threat of internet ,you may use HCL AppScan to find those on your Domino Server easily. Currently there is a C API for C programmer to access data on Domino Server via 1352 port with Notes ID. Could HCL also provide that for java programmer especially Android Apps are based on Java language . I found the following Java API , but not support Domino 12.x . https://domingo.sourceforge.net/domingo-connector/apidocs/index.html

You can use HCL Nomad for Android to access Domino. Furthermore you can use existing APIs (incl. Domino Rest APIs) in your self developed apps to access Domino. Also take a look at Volt MX / MXgo when building new native apps for Android and other platforms
