RELATED IDEAS

HCL should use all product that they have bought

Please roll out Notes / Connections Cloud email to all of HCL personnel like what Ed Brill has done in IBM.

Please use Connections to collaborate internally and externally.

Please use Domino to host all applications (customer related, partner related, financial related)

Please use NSF as a back end database for all of your other product.

Please use Portal to wrap all of your "websites"

Why should we believe that you are selling a good product if you are not using them yourself.

    Closing this idea as shipped because HCL does use all products (Notes,Domino,Connections,Sametime, Safelinx, Bigfix, etc.
    However, the idea proposes to exclusively only use those products, which may not be possible in all scenarios.

    I think it's also an intelligent way.
    They'll understand why users who switch from Outlook to Notes have complaints...
    Only then will they be able to improve the products they sell
