Index .NRF files in catalog.nsf

Currently, .NRF files (Notes Redirect File (NRF) do not get indexed by the catalog task and do not show up in the catalog.nsf.

It would be really handy to have the .nrf files listed, domain wide, in the catalog.nsf for review, further processing, etc.

Use cases:

As a Domino Administrator, I want to review all redirection files in my Domino Domain via the catalog.nsf


As a Domino developer, I want to be able to iterate over all redirection files in the domain using the entries in the catalog.nsf for further processing.
