Integrate application lifecycle management features for templates and apps

Development, deployment, versioning and keeping track of changes in Notes applications is a highly manual process. The git integration in the designer client is useful but not 100% working.

Domino administrators need better tools to manage processes like:

* deploy development versions of the current template

* change logging, documentation

* versioning

* managing template repositories

* automating the application of template changes to test, staging and production environments

GitLab for example has excellent tools for this (GL runners, version management, branches,,..), but Domino integrates quite badly.

Integrating such features should make use of common standards.
