Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Yes, Node.js will give us access to frameworks like this but how do I call all my Java business logic code from there? - There is no good option. I like the idea of Node.js and having it as an option for new development but there is so much Java code already written that would need to be rewritten in JavaScript. It would be great if Domino finaly fully embraced Java with something like this.
Isn't that what Node.js will give you in Domino 10?
Or could you explain a little bit more in detail what you mean, perhaps with a few examples?
