Domino Forms in Designer: Please sort the list of objects by name and make it possible to jump to an entry

It's easy to demand something like a new faster 64 Bit Designer - everybody wants it and will vote for that - me too. But I program in Notes almost every day and one detail that is really desturbing me, is the fact that the object list in forms is not sorted by name.  Hotspots are always names "Hotspots" so I need much time to find my code. And you can't jump to an object by typing its name (only the first character is allowed).

Another solution for this dilemma would be to provide a code only view - like in the Eclipse IDE..
