A new team mailbox with a state of the art web front-end would be really helpful as not all people having Notes clients!
The team mailbox is not bad, but the design is already quite old-fashioned. So it would be a great thing if HCL would design a template for a team mailbox similar to the one for the Teamroom. Here you should then be able to restrict or define access to folders, among other things.
We have a TeamCalendar in Notes 10.x. Now we need the TeamMaibox too.
Agree and I suggest it stand above outlook in capabilities as it seems poor especially for teams.
Refresh template to be used with iNotes
The OpenNTF version also had a second template that allowed to manage the mail-in databases from 1 central place : see the auto-reply agent status, ... . Great features there.
