Thomas, pointing to the C API does not satisfy the IBM/HCL Big Hairy Audacious Goal that was stated for Domino:
https://www.ibm.com/blogs/collaboration-solutions/2018/03/14/domino-webcast-synopsis/
to make Domino the "essential application platform that business users tap to solve their collaboration intensive business problems – anyone, anywhere, i.e., get work done quickly, anywhere and by anyone"
Nobody taps a C API to get work done quickly.
That is not the answer I was hoping for... I would rather want it to be part of the regular Java or LotusScript API, since most developers do not know how to use the C-API
You can get the list of deletion stubs in a database using the CAPI by using the API call NSFSearch() with NOTE_CLASS_DOCUMENT set to SEARCH_NOTIFYDELETIONS
