Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Central handling of SMIME Certificates

Make SMIME certificates managable by the admin.

the user's are not able to do that.

Maybe the certificate file can be imported in the persondocument in names.nsf or in ID-Vault, so that the server can decrypt / sign emails?

SMIME = Internet Certificates. While you look at this in the pubmanes.nsf/ntf person form,

    please consolidate the buttons named:

    - "Examine Internet Certicate(s)" and

    - "Examine Notes Certificates"

so that they are both visible, when viewing the person record/document/entry.

Currently only the "Examine Notes Certificates" is visible the reading.

You need to _edit_ the person record to see the available button: "Examine Internet Certicate(s)" .

Also, I'd like to have a visibility in the Person form for the setting that says:

    Set Mail Receipient's Encryption capabilities

[X] Use S/MIME format for incoming encrypted mail

[  ] Only do so if no loss of fidelity in Notes RTF to MIME conversion

BTW: this dialog can be seen in the Admin Client:

People & Groups /  Tools (right hand menu): Encryption Capabilities

Improvements in this area are really appreciated!
